The lzh file is the last step in your Kiss file. It is the compression format generally accepted in Kiss. Lzh is a Japanese file compression, and many servers do not recognize lzh as valid file format, so if you are posting your Kiss on your own site, be aware that you may need to zip it or rename it to .zip. How you lzh depends on your program, but it is along the same lines as stuffing or zipping.
